Gym Chic: Sweat in Style

As a self-proclaimed fitness fanatic & fashionista, it would only make sense that I sport the latest, greatest, and most functional gym-wear.

Nike "Tech" Running Capris $58.00

For many a cotton college tee and two-tone Nike running shorts do the trick. I myself have quite a few "go to" gym items. For example, these Nike running capris, not too hot, not to cold, and not too revealing.

I also love these yoga pants by Nike or these ones by LuluLemon, (a little more spendy, but definitely worth it) perfect for running errands and hopping on the elliptical.

Nike "Legend Slim Fit"
Women's Training Pants $70.00

Lululemon "Astro" Pant $98.00

Dri-fit tops made by various athletic clothing companies are also a must have. One style I came across most recently that I find myself buying in bulk are these racer back tops by Lululemon. Although Lululemon tends to be on spendier side of athletic apparel, these tops are worth every penny. The fit is perfect, they don't ride up, and are not too tight. The color selection doesn't hurt either!

LuluLemon "Cool Racerback" $42.00

I am also huge fan of athletic jackets and hoodies. As of late, I have found that my collection is growing. (Especially with the chilly temperatures in Spokane, Wash.!) Whether heading to class, the airport, or the grocery store, a dri-fit hoodie is functional and cute. My most recent purchase is this "In Stride" Jacket by LuluLemon. Amazing fit, darling colors. (I went with the heathered ultra violet)
Lululemon "In Stride" Jacket $108.00
Sporting your athletic clothes outside the gym doesn't have to be a fashion faux-pas! It is easy to find great work-out apparel that will take you much further than the women's locker room.

Happy shopping!
